ISLAMABAD, Feb 9 (APP): An Independent Candidate Ikraam Ullah has won the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly election from PK-39, Manshera-IV by securing 23,853 votes.
According to the unofficial result issued by the Returning Officer/ECP, his runner-up was Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) candidate Muhammad Arif who bagged 19,331 votes.
Overall voters turn-out remained 36.05 per cent.
